North Shore Firewood – Facebook Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by North Shore Firewood and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Entrants must reside within North Shore Firewood's delivery area.
  • Employees of North Shore Firewood and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Follow the North Shore Firewood Facebook page.
  • Comment on the giveaway post as instructed.
  • Share the giveaway post (optional but appreciated).

Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

All interactions have to be made on the original North Shore Firewood post.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on the date and time stated in the Facebook post and closes at the date and time specified. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. Prize

  • The prize will be clearly stated within the giveaway post.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
  • North Shore Firewood reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
  • The winner's name may be announced on the North Shore Firewood Facebook page.

7. Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must respond to North Shore Firewood within 7 days of being contacted.
  • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, North Shore Firewood reserves the right to select another winner.
  • Proof of identity and address may be required before the prize is awarded.

8. Delivery of Prize

  • Delivery will be made to an address within North Shore Firewood's standard delivery area of 20 miles from SR7 0PP.
  • If the winner resides outside the delivery area, an alternative collection arrangement may be offered at North Shore Firewood's discretion.

9. Fraudulent Entries
North Shore Firewood reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Uses multiple accounts.
  • Provides false information.
  • Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway process.

10. Data Protection
Personal information provided during the giveaway will only be used for administering the competition and arranging prize delivery.

11. Liability
North Shore Firewood accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, internet failures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

12. General

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • North Shore Firewood reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time where necessary.
  • The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
