What is the difference between 'Kiln Dried' and 'Seasoned' firewood?
Kiln-dried: Dried in a controlled environment to remove moisture quickly and evenly, giving the best performance and heat output.
Seasoned: Naturally air-dried over time; may contain more moisture and burn less efficiently than kiln-dried logs.
How are orders delivered?
We deliver direct to your door through our own team.
Local delivery is available for £5.00 per order or free on orders over £75.00.
We aim to deliver next day, however in busy periods this could be up to 4 days.
Premium delivery options are also available at check-out.
Or if you prefer, you can collect from our store and we can help load your orders into your vehicle.
How should I store my firewood?
Keep your logs in a dry, well-ventilated area, preferably raised off the ground and covered from rain.
Avoid sealing them in plastic — airflow is key to keeping your wood dry and ready to burn.
Where are our products manufactured?
Our 'Baltic Woods' Ash, Birch and Oak all come from Europe. They are felled and processed in Latvia and Lithuania.
Our Eucalyptus comes from Africa. It is an invasion species of tree in South Africa, this is where it is felled and processed.
